Some random thougts on my recent trip to NYC. It was under semi-stressful conditions but turned out okay in the end.
- It was ridiculously difficult for me to find a decent Internet connection for my laptop. I ended up having to pay T-Mobile 10 bucks on two different days to get access.
- At the ATL airport, there is a self-serve flight check-in kiosk right outside of the airport rail station. This is a cool idea because it lets you take care of your check in and baggage check as soon as you get off the train and you can just walk straight to your flight gate.
I decided to take advantage of this convenience and tried to access my flight information on the kiosk but for some reason it wouldn't work. The attendant tried to help me out and was able to figure out the problem.
You guessed it, another one of those "random security checks." I'll leave this here but if you'd like to hear more about my experience with the "randomness" of these security...
